While training for a half marathon, Anna has lost over 5kg, 14 cm off her waist and 8 cm off her hips. She has increased her running volume up to over 20 miles per week while focusing on resistance training twice per week where she has added over 10kg to her goblet squat. While in the process of playing cricket in Australia, Jamie went through a small body composition optimisation to increase performance by losing 1.5kg, 3.2cm off his waist and adding 6 cm to his chest. He made progress across his resistance training while focusing on improving running performance on a variety of distances. We focused on creating an easy-to-follow meal plan with his busy schedule to improve his recovery following difficult training sessions and demanding matches.
Hydration was also targeted to limit the effects of dehydration from the humidity and heat of the climate.
